How do I hire you as my tax advisor?
It's very simple! You will find our contact form at the bottom of our homepage. There you can send us your contact details and, if you like, a brief overview of your current situation. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I change my tax advisor?
It's easier than you think! Get in touch with us and we will advise you on the right time for you to switch to us. We will provide you with all the necessary documents for the switch and take care of the powers of attorney with the tax office. After consultation, you can terminate your contract with your old advisor. We will then contact your old advisor regarding the data transfer.
When can I change my tax advisor?
In principle, at any time. According to Section 627 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the client has the right to terminate the tax consulting agreement at any time, provided that no other individual contractual agreement exists. You will need to check the agreement with your tax advisor. If nothing has been agreed, you can terminate the agreement at any time without notice.
When is the best time to change tax advisors?
The right time to change tax advisors depends on the tasks to be performed and your individual requirements. We would be happy to advise you on this in the context of an impending business relationship.
What are the costs involved in switching?
In principle, there are no costs associated with the change itself. However, setup costs or duplicate work by two consultants during a transition phase may result in additional costs that would not have been incurred without the change. These costs will quickly be offset by optimized processes.
